Please review your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. We ONLY ship to the address on receipt. Please do not message us asking we change the mailing address once you have placed order, as we cannot do so. If you need to change your address, please send us an order cancellation request. Once received, we will cancel your order and you may place a new order with correct address. To avoid this, please check your address before submitting order.
- We ship all items within the time frame listed on every listing or on the shipping date listed on the purchase receipt. If you contact us before placing an order about needing an order at for a specific date and we agree, you as the customer, must advise in the "notes to seller" the date needed by. We do not check the message history of orders, this is why the date needed by and any other pertaining information about your order, must be left for us in the "notes to seller". If you failed to mention the date needed by in the "notes to seller" and we ship your item within the allotted time stated in listing and/or receipt, and your order does not get to you on time, we are not responsible for it's tardiness.
- INCORRECT ADDRESS: Please review your address prior to placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect and that package is returned to us, we are not responsible for the redelivery of package. It is of the utmost importance you check your mailing address is correct BEFORE placing your order.
- LEGAL HOLIDAYS: If you're order is expected to ship on a date that falls on a legal holiday, it will not ship that day due to no postal service. Your order will ship within 2 business days.
- All orders over $100 being delivered to an apartment or suite number will have a "signature required" delivery. If no one is available for signature, the post office will leave a notice for either redelivery or customer pick up. If you fail to have the package redelivered or do not pick it up, and the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for the reshipping fee of sending it back to you, nor can you cancel the orders. It is imperative you be on the look out for the package and check tracking number for it's progress or any notices from post office.
- All packages under 1 pound are sent via First Class Mail with a "delivery confirmation/tracking number" receipt unless otherwise specified at checkout using FedEx or UPS. If you'd like a "signature required" delivery, please let us know at check out and we'll arrange it.
- PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers.
- International Deliveries: You may be required to pay a tax/customs fee upon arrival to your country. Harper & Main is not responsible/liable for any fees you might incur due to tax and/or custom fees. We do not label any package as a gifts. International deliveries also receive a tracking number but can only be tracked while in the United States. We ship all international orders via Priority Mail. Although USPS website says delivery takes 6-10 business days, in our experience packages can take 1-8 weeks for delivery.
- We try our best to ship packages ASAP but we ask you allow 5-10 business days for processing after placement of your order. If you need it sooner, please message us prior to purchasing.
- We will ship ONLY to the address on your receipt. If you provided an incorrect address, you will have to cancel your order and reorder with correct address. We take this measure to protect you as the buyer, and us as the seller.
- Packages are not insured. If you'd like insurance on your package, please message us
